Price Override field when Converting Blanket Order Releases

Is there a way to turn off the Price Override Flag in either P43060 or P4310 so pricing on Blanket Order and pricing on Release order can be different without the Price Override Flag populating automatically with a "1" in the field, on the release order in P4310?
