PCM - How can we show the rule description in smart view and Web Reporting?

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question 
Dear,

We are creating reports via Web reporting and ad hoc analysis via smart view using Profitability and Cost Management (PCM).

How do we see the description of the rule that is associated with each ID of the rules dimension?
