Can Team Member Report the exact date when actual hours were charged to an activity?

At our preconstruction company, we fully resource load our schedule and apply actuals to all activities worked by tracking progress and hours logged via P6 Team Member. Occasionally tasks are worked intermittently over multiple weeks. For example, on Activity ID A

2120 in the attached picture, the resource was budgeted 32 hours but worked 42 over roughly 8 weeks. the 42 hours were identified by the user manually logging the time into Team Member. In this scenario, the user most likely started the task on the week of December 5th, worked a few hours, and then departed for Christmas break. Once he returned from break, he continued working this task and finished on the week of Jan 23rd. Rather than P6 showing us when he recorded his hours, P6 Professional is providing us with historical data saying that he averaged about
