Autoconfig Error on the database tier after upgrading Oracle EBS database from 12c to 19c

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Hi,

I upgraded Oracle EBS database from 12c to 19c.

The database is a non-container database and i maintained non-container in the 19c. I did not install container database. The upgrade is successful, I can connect to the database, start it and shut it down successfully.

I have created the context file for the new 19c database

I am trying to run adconfig.sh on the dbtier, I keep getting this error message:

WARNING: [CVM Error Report]

The following report lists errors encountered during CVM Phase

   <filename> <return code where appropriate>

 /u01/install/APPS/19.3.0/appsutil/bin/txkCfgUtlfileDir.sh 1

 No. of scripts failed in CVM phase: 1
