W2-C - Accuwage upload error [Peoplesoft W2-C]

Hi All,

I need some advise. Our customer is on Peoplesoft 9.2 with PT 8.56.

We ran W2-C for some employees and refunded some OASDI taxes and W2-c generated. But our issue is that we are unable to load to accuwage and getting the attached error. Please advise me to resolve this error.
