Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9 Purchasing ordre and requisition impact

Hello

We are going to upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9, I want to know please if there is any impact on po and requisition with in process approval status. do we have to approve all POs and Requisitions to migrate? or the migration will bring all purchase documents with their existing status and we will approve it in the new version (12.2.9) without problem.
