R12.3 EBS hourly earnings element and decimal places

Hello,

Hoping an EBS payroll guru can help me understand this question.

For our hourly population, the Kronos BEE imports have hrly rates as 3, 4 or 5 decimal points.

I do not see any configuration on the element or element description that indicate how many decimal points the element can contain.

Am I correct in thinking that any number decimal points can be defined in the element for hourly wage but it only pays wages in 2 decimals? I checked the fast formula and it has;  total_earnings = ROUNDUP((TOTAL_HOURS * Factor * calc_rate), 2)
