LRT routing on call transfers from Teams

in Acme Packet (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi all,

I have run into a problem with call transfers from Teams where the call transfer fails and after a lot of head scratching I worked out it's down to routing the incoming call from the carrier to Teams via an LRT file and also having another possible hop after the LRT hop.

What appears to be happening is when Teams sends back new invites for the transfer the SBC fails to route these new invites using the LRT file. If I disable the hop after the LRT everything works correct. I can see nothing in the call traces to indicate the SBC is even trying the next hop but disabling it does allow the LRT routing to work on transfers. I even did a trace on the interface for this next hop thinking maybe logging was just not showing something but the trace came back showing no SIP traffic

Howdy, Stranger!
