Need the command or api to retrieve SMBIOS ID in Solaris OS

Need the command or api to retrieve SMBIOS ID in Solaris OS

For one of our product used in System Monitoring we fetch SMBIOS ID in Windows OS via WMI query, Linux OS via dmidecode command

Our customers want similar feature in Solaris platform also incorporated.

But we could not find suitable command for obtaining this.

Need urgent help in retrieving SMBIOS ID in Solaris platform


Based on search in various online forum we tried this command: smbios -t SMB_TYPE_SYSTEM

But that also failed with this error:

smbios: failed to load SMBIOS : System does not export an SMBIOS table
