Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Recently we upgraded our TR from 9.2.2.4 to 9.2.5.5

on certification for development client the certified WLS is 12.2.1.3, we install it on fat client machine with JDK 1.8.0_291 32 bit.

when run (WLSH4A) the following error appears, when we install WLS 12.2.1.0 the installation completed successfully.

what is missing?
