in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Facing challenges while following the note 2615617.1 to do expdp/impdp 12.1.0.2 RAC database to RAC 19.14.0

Is expdp/impdp a supported upgrade method for upgrading the 12c RAC database to the 19c RAC database?

Note 2615617.1, Section 4/5. Create the target database instance, not mentioned anything about the database name which needs to pass while using the "create pluggable database.." command.
