OCSM upgrade from 4.0. to 4.3

Hi All, Need a help. When i process with ocsm upgrade in the production OCOM ME (OCOM-US-DA3- 10.32.1.240) from version 4.0.0.2.0-25 to 4.3.0.2.0-159.

By running the DB script it throws an error "ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 1: Duplicate column name 'fraud_action'"

need to know whether we need to run different DB script to upgrade to version 4.3.

Can we upgrade ocsm 4.0 to 4.3? Need your guidance here.
