Is a credit card profile mass upload available for FSCM?

An ExceltoCI exists in HCM to upload new credit card information at once. Is there the same ability in FSCM? Can you provide the reason that credit card data should originate in HCM and integrate into FSCM? Our HCM system does not use credit card data for anything in our system.
