I have oracle database 19.10 on windows; Apex 21.2; ORDS 21.1 deployed to weblogic 14.1.

I want configure Apex with SAML and deployed to Azure Portal.

I' reading Editing SAML Sign In (oracle.com) and I have a lot questions.

in 3.4.7.3.6.3

what should be in Pl/sql;

what certificate I should use.

do I need configure weblogic with SAML before?

I'm new with SAML. I configured apex with ldap before

Please help
