Unable to set CLASSPATH during 12c to 19c Upgrade on Oracle E-Business Suite

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite database from 12c to 19c.

I have upgraded the database successfully.

I am getting this error message while running the script

perl $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin/txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl -dboraclehome=/u01/install/APPS/19.3.0 -outdir=/u01/install/APPS/19.3.0/appsutil/log -cdbsid=DEVCDB -pdbsid=DEV -appsuser=apps -dbport=1531 -servicetype=onpremise


Starting context file generation for db tier..

ERROR: Unable to set CLASSPATH

   JDBC Driver jars and zips are missing in /u01/install/APPS/19.3.0/jdbc/lib directory.
