Where do you see the "last updated by" detail for an external applicant?

Questions:

1. Are others tracking the history of when external applicant activities take place?
2. What do you see in the "last updated by" column?
3. Is this different for employee (internal) applicants versus external applicants?

Navigation:

Recruiting Self Service --> Recruiting Activities Tile --> Search Applications --> Disposition = Offer Accepted --> [click applicant name] --> "history" link from "Applicant Activity" tab on Manage Applicants page (HRS_MANAGE_APP)
