ocsm upgrade from version 4.0.0.2.0-25 to 4.3.0.2.0-159.

When we process with ocsm upgrade in the OCOM ME from version 4.0.0.2.0-25 to 4.3.0.2.0-159.

By running the DB script it throws an error "ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 1: Duplicate column name 'fraud_action'"

Can we upgrade ocsm 4.0 to 4.3? Need your guidance here.

yum install ocsm-4.3.0.2.0-159.x86_64.rpm

Loaded plugins: langpacks, rhnplugin

This system is receiving updates from Spacewalk server.
