Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We are upgrading the db with doc-(Doc ID 2552181.1).In This document we are getting issue during-"4 Create the initialization parameter setup files"-

We are getting below error during "txkOnPremPrePDBCreationTasks.pl"-

the script txkOnPremPrePDBCreationTasks fails with the following error:
