Hello-

We are having an issue where the SEQ_NUM being assigned is a single digit, instead of the normal calculation of multiplying the value on the LAST_SEQ_PAY_TIME by 1,000,000. Things we have already checked:

  • No changes to TL Installation Table
  • No pattern to the type of employees/TRC used/absences entered or not

If you resubmit the timesheet before the time is approved, it will re-sequence the number correctly.
