Update VAT_REGISTRATION_NUM of suppliers

Dear community,

I need to update the VAT_REGISTRATION_NUM of multiple suppliers. I used "ap_vendor_pub_pkg.update_vendor" API for this purpose but it is not updating VAT_REGISTRATION_NUM. Please guide me how can I update my suppliers VAT_REGISTRATION_NUM. Thanks
