Qty Per On Routings

Is there a way to specify a quantity per of a routing operation? For example, we have many items where we start with a single plate of glass and perform an operation(s) but through the process we end up with the order quantity. The first couple of operations have only 1 physical piece and the later operations have as many pieces that can be cut from the single plate. We are implementing a new instance and do not want to confuse new operators.
