How do you Engage a new IO?

  1. The process used to be that you deploy and undeploy IO to get them to function and there does not seem to be a problem getting an existing IO to accept a chg and pass the XML to the integration by undeploying them and following the process that is outlined in the knowledgebase.
  2. This does not appear to be the case to adding a new IO. I have installed the new WSDL, created the data maps and coded for all of the steps from accessing the data to calling the integration and having it engage. The problem is, it is not attaching the XML to the integration call. You can see the sRequestXML contains all the data required. The error message being returned is “Request document is missing“
