Is it possible to change the PAC Material Relief Algorithm from Use Pre-defined to Use Actual

I found a BUG on PAC:

You can reproduce it when the PAC Material Relief Algorithm is Use Pre-defined Materials and the total material cost of the discrete job is negative (for example, WIP Issue is 10$ ,while WIP Negative Issue is -100$), then the PAC account will be error.

It will generate WIP VAR account in WIP Completion transaction, and generate it again in JOB CLOSE transaction. Thus the WIP VAR account generated was error.

No matter the final completion flag is Y or N, after you close the job, the WIP VAR account will be error.
