Error encountered while running business event

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9. We are getting following error while running customized business event. Data to trigger business event will be enqueued into WF_IN Queue which is also failing. Also we have checked grants for DB users on execute privilege's they all seems to be fine. 

(rge.inbound.business.OracleWorkflowEventSender) sendWorkflowEvent ::: Internal Error: Inconsistent catalog view

Please help us anyone came across this error.
