Hi,

We have a Oracle Linux server version 7.9 with the latest security updates installed on it.

uname -a  information:

4.14.35-1902.5.2.2.el7uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Fri Sep 20 00:39:39 GMT 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

And my question is: our security scanner (insightVM) reports the system is vulnerable for cve-2019-19816. But if I google this cve it's related to kernel 5.x. Is this a false positive.

And is there a quick way to relate ELSA number to CVE's (and viceversa)?

Now I do a "yum updateinfo info security installed" a redirect the output to a file so I can search it.

regards,

Howdy, Stranger!
