Table Lock Issue on F03012 during sales order updates on JDE 9.1.
We are facing an issue that´s causing a table lock on F03012 when the user performs some updates on different orders but for the same customer. To remove the lock we need to reach out to CNC Team to delete the lock and only after that we are able again.
This issue is happening more frequently and we noticed it usually happens when the user tries to update several orders with the same customer one after another.
Our version is JDE 9.1 EnterpriseOne Tools Release 9.2.0
The user is using the standard application P4210 to cancel lines on the orders.
Our database is AS400.
