In HCM Oracle Cloud, how do we delete/remove an attachment in the Documents of Records section

Here is the version of Oracle we have:

Several onboarding forms have been attached to an incorrect employee. I need to be able to delete these documents that are on the documents of record page and I do not know how. Does anyone out their know how I can do this. I appreciate any help anyone can provide.
