Xmobile V20 app stucks at launch screen on iPad

Dear Support,

We have recently tried to install Xmobile V20.0.0.566 on iOS devices. We created the IPA using v20.0.0.566 XstoreMobile.framework using Xcode. We were able to create the ipa successfully and the app is getting installed on the devices. But the problem is, after installing the app on iPad 8th Gen, when we try to open the app, it remains on the launch screen forever and does not proceed to the next screen. We didn't find the same issue on iPad with other versions such as v19 and v21. As we are unable to test the app on iPad any help
