API to update Need_by_date, Promise_date and attribute values for an existing BPA

Hi All, Currently we do not have any API to update the Need by date, Promise date, quantity , attribute values to be update for an existing BPA. The Customer has a requirement to have multiple updates on the BPA which has to reflect on po_line_locations_all table, we do have a api to update the standard purchase order but not he Blanket Purchase Agreement. Please look into it and help an API Enhancement for this requirement. Oracle SR 3-29037338821 for reference .Thanks , Ravi Shanker
