BRM Thick Clients installation fails

Hello

I am trying to install BRM Thick Clients but I am not getting the Welcome screen. Any ideas?

I get the below error.

Checking temp space: must be greater than 300 MB.  Actual 366006 MB  Passed

Preparing to launch the Oracle Universal Installer from C:\Users\xyz.abc\AppData\Local\Temp\OraInstall2022-04-18_04-07-42PM
