Database created with WE8ISO8859P1 characterset - how switch to AL32UTF8?

I've used WE8ISO8859P1 when I created my 19C database. The database is being used for development purposes currently. I'm not aware of any special characters being used for the application that is currently using the database.

I've discovered that we should be using AL32UTF8. A lot of the hits I'm finding when I search for "convert WE8ISO8859P1 to AL32UTF8" apply to older versions of Oracle.

Can I use datapump to export the existing data from my WEISO8859P1 database, create a database with AL32UTF8 and then import the data into the new database to resolve my character set issue?
