Upload Patch to software library failing

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 1 commentQuestion

Hello,

Hope someone can shed some light on my issue in uploading a patch to software library.

OEM version: Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 3 (13.1.0.0.0)

It started uploading for a while and then failed with a popup with little info: "Messages for this page are list below". But there is no message. I attach a screenshot for the reference.

The software library does have space available.

If you could point me a direction as to where I can find more info or the possible reason.
