In JDE P4312 Application, i want a field, wherein I can enter small reason/UDC and cancel the purchase order ?

Can i use UDC 43/L8 (purchase order CAT COD 04) Alias PODCO4 field.

Create my own UDC values and use them when we cancel orders?
