Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Experts,

Even after gathering stats on the tables involved in the query, the estimated rows and actual rows vary by huge margin in the execution plan.

1)what factors could contribute to this?

2)What options are available to fix this? -->This is imp for us.
