Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I followed the setup for this document,

but notifications can't be sent so I applied what was Considered on Doc ID 1356135.1

but also no notifications were sent.
