Customer that rolls up the line that has been split including if there is a backorder on it

Hello,

Is there a way in JDE to have a separate 'pack slip print' job for a specific customer that rolls up the line that has been split including if there is a backorder on it? A 'modified report' that looks like a customer pack slip (outside of JDE)?

Example 1: qty 2 of an ABC is ordered. -We have qty 1 in stock so it is l.000 of qty 1 and 1.001 for the other one when we get it in stock and allocate to the order - then is two separate lines for the same item that originated as qty 2. -Can we get the order to roll up without having to play with it in order entry to cancel the 2nd line and change qty ordered and shipped of first line to full qty?
