Canada, ER Employment Insurance - adjustment payrolls

We would like to do adjustment payrolls for the first quarter of 2022 - instead of just adjusting the tax history. We paid an inaccurate rate on the employer side and would like to create adjustment payrolls. The payroll would be gross/taxable and the ER calculation. These adjustment amounts will need to be paid, recorded in GL, tax ledger report, historical payroll register and related year end reports (if any).

What is the best way to do this in JDE? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
