Anyone else paying guaranteed overtime to exception hourly employees?

We have exception hourly employees with guaranteed overtime of 10 hours per week, and are currently using additional pay with a special earn code. We do not use time and labor. Am hoping there might be a better/more automated way to pay the 10 hours per week overtime and have it show as overtime on the paycheck rather than manually setting up additional pay for each person.
