P08334 - Enrollment With Eligibility?

How can I stop Employees from being Auto Enrolled in Defined Contribution Plan when I use Enrollment With Eligibility Program - P08334 to make changes to their Deferred Contribution Plan Amount?. These employees are not eligible to participate in the plan yet, not even continuing eligibility.
