How do you adjust Oracle Quality workbench view

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Currently my Quality workbench only show 4 or 5 (we're working on hiding an element) and the order is undefined, meaning the 1st two elements are a expected then many elements are skipped to the 3rd show.

My question, how do you define what is shown in the top line of a collection plan in the workbench. I'd like to have more that 4 elements showing before I click the expand arrow.

And how do you define the order it's show. I can delete elements from the row but now add.
