Alta Look and Feel theme not displaying as a customizable theme on Look and Feel Manager

Hello,

I would just like to ask how can I enable the Alta theme as a selectable parent or updatable theme using the Look and Feel Manager?

Right now it can only be a selectable theme for theme change.

Attached is the screenshot where it does display it as a selectable theme but does not appear as an updatable or selectable parent theme for editing.
