Indian TDS reports - R75I128 & R75I122EQ (RD Source/RD Template not the same)

Hi - I connection to the implementation of a new Indian entity and relation to the above 2 reports.  

I have tried running the above 2 reports and continually find that the reports are blank not only the section related to transaction data which should be picked up in the report but also the header data/information - which should be principally coming from the address book and related master data tables (Who's Who, Electronic address, Telephone numbers, etc.) and also from the processing options of the 2 reports.  

I have had a developer review the reports with the comments that the RD source does not match the RD template. Thus when the report is run I can see data being picked up in the RD source (the XML has data) but the RD template is always blank.
