How do I identify unused ASM storage

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

Version 19.11.0.0.0

The last 2 in the list (marked as 'Down') are not used. I would like to reclaim the storage. How do I identify the storage that these databases were using?
