Deleting a corrupted dbf file from the data dictionary while stuck in recovery mode

Hello,

I am currently looking for a way to drop an corrupted datafile that remains in the data dictionary. The original datafile got stuck in recovery mode, and in an attempt to drop it, got corrupted. The log files on the system have been deleted and are not recoverable, so this datafile can not be recovered. We found that after our attempts to delete the datafile, that it remained in the data dictionary still in recovery mode. Is there any way we can drop this datafile from the data dictionary?

We are using Oracle Database 12c Release 12.2.0.1 running on SLES 12.5.
