Opportunity note text

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

I created a report pulling the opportunity notes, however, when I export the report to Excel and filter by opportunity number and the opportunity has several notes saved, I can only see the text within the same opportunity number row but not all the notes. How can i fix this?

Also, if I export the report as .csv, the notes appear with all this special characters that I don't need. How con I avoid/fix this?
