Is there a way to automatically future date a termination for new hires?

Hi everyone,

I'm exploring any configuration capabilities to future date a termination for Contingent Workers upon being hired into the system. My client has a standard of setting a termination 1 year from their date of hire, always (for Contingent Workers only). I haven't found a way to automate this process.. curious if anyone has a fresh idea.
