Upgrade 12.2 to 19.3 or 19.15

I have downloaded and am testing autoupgrade 2.0 with the WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home instance.

The guidance for autoupgrade says install the 19 software only; which I have done and the autoupgrade analyze reports it will be a good upgrade, of course testing will follow the upgrade.

My question is being as I have downloaded and installed 19.3; is the upgrade to 19.15 recommended before I have executed the upgrade?
