ePerformance update document with delegation?
Hi,
According to PeopleBook ePerformaance provides delegation function to enable HR admins/managers to delegate document to peers/subordinates to "Update performance document" in the absence.
Are peers/subordinates able to update manager's performance documents, e.g fill-in self evaluation comments or rate each items on behalf or managers themself, rather then review the documents from subordinates as a manager role?
