Left hand menu navigation disappears

Hi -

We are having issue when a left hand menu navigation disappears when returning to fluid timesheet after accessing and performing a transaction in a previous classic page. This issue does not happen if there is no transactions done on the classic page and we access the fluid timesheet after entering the classic page. We are using GenerateComponentContentURL and ViewContentURLFluid. Ajax Transfer is already enabled for the navigation collection as well.
