The All Inventory Value report shows incorrect Receiving quantity and value

Hi,

We are on 11.5.10.2 version of Oracle Apps

We have an amount on receive in inventory that has been the same for several months of 10k and the amount should be zero. We can see that there is nothing left in inventory receive .

The finance team would like this amount to be removed from the receive so that the "All Inventory report" ran to get the stock value at end of month will have the amount zero for receive.

Want to understand that why we see incorrect Receiving quantity and value .What can be done to resolve the issue.
